WHAT YOU GET
In addition to an unparalleled opportunity for association with other agencies that represent similar services, the AMAEA offers four particular membership benefits: general meetings which are held quarterly in the Mid-Atlantic area, an on-line discussion group to exchange ideas and information to the betterment of our industry, a dispute mechanism for members who share a disagreement, and an annual meeting and trade show, which is free to all and open to the public.

On-Line discussion group
The purpose of this group is to allow members to discuss and debate their concerns, issues and otherwise ideas of interest to all members. This area is also used for members to discuss and debate the ongoing issues and debate the use and direction of this organization.

Dispute mechanism
This private, automated, and email-based mechanism allows members to seek advice and counsel form other members as to how mitigate disputes. The decisions rendered are voluntary and unbinding, however

 General quarterly meetings
The quarterly meetings are open to all members, guests and interested parties as we meet to discuss ideas of mutual interest to all members and generally conduct the business of the AMAEA.
Annual meeting
Our annual meeting and trade show will be open to:
- Potential social and corporate clients
- Musical and other artists who are looking for representation,
- Suppliers to the entertainment agency industry, and
- The special event industry in general.
This meeting will be our main vehicle to reach the public and educate them on the value of utilizing entertainment agencies. Specific guests to be invited will include destination management companies, event planners, special event personnel from Mid-Atlantic based hotels and venues.
